Services
  • Adult Psychiatry Department: Diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric illness, neurosis, adaptation disorders, personality disorders and other diseases
  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Department: Diagnosis and treatment of children’s and adolescents’ psychological, intellectual, emotional and behavioral problems, difficulties or disorders
  • Neuropsychiatry Department: Diagnosis and treatment of organic mental disorders, physiological symptoms induced by psychological illness, psychological and psychiatric disorders of elderly people or physical symptoms featuring chief complaints such as insomnia and headaches
  • Community Psychiatry Department: Prevention and treatment of psychiatric illness in the community, patient home care and rehabilitation, and promotion of psychological health education
  • Addiction Prevention and Treatment Department: Methadone maintenance therapy and treatment, rehabilitation, psychological construction and post-discharge follow-up of drug and alcohol addicts

    8:10 ~ 11:00 a.m.
    1:40 ~ 4:00 p.m.
  • Subsequent visit:
    8:10 ~ 11:30 a.m.
    1:40 ~ 4:30 p.m.

3. Notices:
 
  • Initial visitors:
    • Pre-registration is available through the Internet, telephone or telephone voice message system. Please fill out an initial visit card at the Information Counter and present the card at the Registration and Cashier Counter for check-in on the day of visit.
    • For morning outpatient appointments, please check in at the Registration and Cashier Counter by 11:00 a.m.; for afternoon outpatient appointments, please check in at the Registration and Cashier Counter by 4:00 p.m.
    • Make sure you remember to bring your ID card, health insurance IC card and other certificates (such as catastrophic illness card and disability certificate) for reduction of, or exemption from, medical expenses if it is your first visit to the hospital.
    • Please register for the Child & Adolescent Outpatient Clinic if you are under 18.
    • Please apply for the certificate of diagnosis in person with your ID card; if the applicant is not the patient, please present a letter of consent/ authorization by the patient and the applicant's ID card (please refer to the Application Form Download and Application Procedures).
  • Please bring your health insurance IC card and a valid catastrophic illness card when coming to the hospital for medical treatment.
  • If you do not have your health insurance IC card with you, please opt for the self-paying procedure first, and then submit your health insurance card and receipts within 7 days of the visit for a refund. Please apply for a refund at your local branch of the Bureau of National Health Insurance after the deadline.
  • Registration fees: $50 for outpatient visits; $100 for emergency visits
    Partial health insurance coverage: $240 for outpatient visits; $140 for transfer visits; $300 for emergency visits
  • No registration is required for picking up drugs with a chronic illness prescription refill slip for the second and third times. Please obtain a quotation and present your health insurance card at the Cashier Counter and then pick up the drugs at the Pharmacy. Service Hours: 7:00a.m.-10:30p.m.
