Clients: Those who meet the following conditions will be referred by a physician for further assessment
1.They can participate the classes from their own house within an hour's drive to the hospital
2.No obvious violence,  self-harm or suicide attempt 
3.Stable condition or can cooperate with the professional staff after advice.
4.They can keep sustained attention for more than 40 minutes
5.Other recognized persons by psychiatrists
