Arrival time 8:00~9:00
The following items will be executed after arriving at the hospital:
- Check in (The record timing after 10:00 and 14:30 will be defined as “be late”.
It’s the same as on half-day leave.)
- Students need to wear their own name badges(kept by themselves) during
day activities in the hospital.
- Measure body temperature and write the number on the life record paper.
The lunch box will be cancelled if the absent student did not call before 9:30 for lunch box reservation
Please pay attention when you participate the classes
- If the students were absent when the class leader or deputy leader check their names, this student would be count as being late.
- Do not leave the ward without any reason, Please remind the nurses before you leave.
- Do not leave the room during the classes.
- If the student dismissed without notice, the medical team will discuss its suitability for continued rehabilitation.
Lunch time: 11:20~12:00
Break after lunch : 12:00~13:20, Please keep quite during this period.
The students can walk around during the lunch break in the hospital area. Do not leave hospital without any reason. Please remind the nurses before you leave.
Precautions of asking for a leave.
- The student need to tell nurses at lease one day in advance when they need to ask for a leave.
- If the student has asked leave more than 2days, the medical team will discuss its suitability for continued rehabilitation.
Personal belongings need to keep in the locker. Please keep the important objects to prevent loss or keep them safely at home.
Money lending is strictly prohibited. To avoid disputes, the perpetrator's medical team will consider closing the case after persuasion.
Speech conflicts, physical conflicts, or verbal and behavioral harassment of students are strictly prohibited. The perpetrator's medical team will consider closing the case after violation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hospital. Do not chew betel nut during the ward. If perpetrators are still perpetrated after persuasion, the medical team will discuss whether it meets the criteria for continued rehabilitation.
Cigarettes and lighters are kept by themselves, and those under special circumstances will be managed by nurses after evaluation.
Due to medication, please do not drink tea beverages, so as not to affect the efficacy.
Keep your clothes neat, clean and match the season. Do not wear slippers or home shorts.
Etiquette must be observed among students, do not have verbal threats or disrespect for others.
The following situations occur, and the medical team will ask the family members for discharge after discussion.
- Those who are not active and participate in the class, have no motivation for rehabilitation, or have repeatedly refused to take the course because they are unwell.
- Those who blatantly abuse the medical team staff or who do not cooperate with the daily ward conventions.
- Substance abuse(Drug abuse or Alcohol abuse…etc.)
